Insurance Sales Manager at Karstens Financial
Sell General Liability, Work Comp, Auto, Property Insurance & More

Location: Start remotely, transition to an office near Oak Brook or Hinsdale
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:
Karstens Financial is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be connecting with clients, running quotes, finalizing accounts, and processing new business. You’ll play a key part in building relationships and ensuring our clients are covered with the best possible options.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct insurance quotes and finalize client accounts
  • Follow up with clients and address inquiries
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and generate sales leads
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Build trust with clients through clear and effective communication
  • Meet personal and team sales goals, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues
  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Insurance License Property and Casualty (must obtain prior to starting) Click here to see how 
  • Proven customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong phone communication, listening, and CRM skills
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
