Insurance Sales Manager at Karstens Financial
Sell General Liability, Work Comp, Auto, Property Insurance & More
Location: Start remotely, transition to an office near Oak Brook or Hinsdale
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
About the Role:
Karstens Financial is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be connecting with clients, running quotes, finalizing accounts, and processing new business. You’ll play a key part in building relationships and ensuring our clients are covered with the best possible options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct insurance quotes and finalize client accounts
- Follow up with clients and address inquiries
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and generate sales leads
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Build trust with clients through clear and effective communication
- Meet personal and team sales goals, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain records
Requirements:

- Proven customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong phone communication, listening, and CRM skills
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
