Guide Clients in Insurance, Financial Planning & Wealth Management

Location: Start in Oak Brook, IL or Winter Park, Florida, transition to remote or stay in office!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:
Karstens Financial is seeking a driven Financial Advisor to join our team and help clients navigate their insurance and financial planning needs. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships, guiding clients in securing comprehensive coverage, and making sound financial decisions for their futures.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients on their financial goals and insurance needs
  • Provide tailored solutions for General Liability, Work Comp, Auto, Property, and more
  • Manage and deepen relationships by following up with clients regularly
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to develop personalized financial plans
  • Track client progress and adapt plans as their financial situations evolve
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and document interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize client solutions and support

Requirements:

  • Series 65 (must obtain prior to starting)
  • Proven experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and CRM skills
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a dynamic environment
